A Quick Bio

I’m Akash Vaghela, an author, entrepreneur and educator. I’ve spent the last ten years transforming lives around the world, and in May 2017, I started RNT Fitness to serve this purpose. 

I want to see a world where everyone experiences the power of the physical as the vehicle to unlock their potential, and do something remarkable in their lives. And I spend most of my days thinking about how best to facilitate this.

I’m the author of Transform Your Body Transform Your Life, where I go deep into our unique five phase methodology, and how it’s impacted more than 2000+ people directly (and maybe more, indirectly). I’m now writing my second, which’ll be out later in 2021.

I also host a podcast, where I talk with my team, students and industry experts all about the truth of transformation and striving for extra 1% growth.

This blog is my form of practice. An opportunity to show up everyday and perfect my craft as a writer.

I’m going to talk about topics I enjoy, ideas I’m exploring, and observations I’ve made, in areas such as: writing, creativity, transformation, entrepreneurship and high performance.
